About the Operator


Veriq is developed and operated by Hainan Saipu Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Operator", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.


Information We Collect


We may collect the following types of information:


  • Account Information: Email address, phone number (when you sign in via SMS), and username provided during registration.
  • Usage Data: Your reading history, learning progress, and AI conversation content within the app.
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for experience optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Clipboard Information: When you use the invite / referral feature, we read text from your clipboard solely to recognize an invite code for referral attribution. We do not upload your clipboard content or use it for any other purpose.

    The information we collect is used solely to:

  • Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption.

  • AI conversation content is used only to provide services to you and is not used to train models.

    Our app may use the following third-party SDKs and services. Each is only initialized after you agree to this Privacy Policy, and does not auto-start or launch other apps without your consent:


  • Apple Sign In: For account authentication.
  • AI Service Providers: For intelligent Q&A and content analysis.
  • JPush / Aurora Mobile Push SDK (provider: Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co., Ltd.): Collects device identifiers and network status, used solely to deliver push notifications. Privacy policy: https://www.jiguang.cn/license/privacy
  • Pangle / GroMore Advertising SDK (provider: Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. / ByteDance): Collects device information, used for advertisement display and anti-fraud. Privacy policy: https://www.csjplatform.com/privacy

    • These third-party services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.


    Account Deletion


    You may cancel (delete) your account at any time. The process is:


    1. Open the app and go to Profile → Account & Security → Delete Account.

    2. Enter your login password to verify your identity, then confirm again in the secondary dialog.

    3. After confirmation, your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.


    Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered. We will remove all your personal data (including reading history, learning records, and AI conversation content) from our servers within 30 days. If you signed in only via SMS or a third party and have not set a password, or if you need assistance, please email us at support@3eggs.cn to complete the deletion.


    Children's Privacy


    Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.


    Policy Updates


    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of updates within the app.

    我们的应用可能使用以下第三方 SDK 与服务。所有 SDK 均在您同意本隐私政策之后才会初始化，且不会在未经您同意的情况下自启动或关联启动其他应用：


  • Apple Sign In：用于账户认证。
  • AI 服务提供商：用于智能问答和内容分析。

    账号注销


    您可以随时注销（删除）您的账号。注销流程如下：


    1. 打开应用，进入 我的 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号。

    2. 输入登录密码验证身份，并在二次确认弹窗中再次确认。

    3. 确认后，账号将立即注销并退出登录。


    账号一经注销不可恢复，我们将在 30 天内从服务器清除您的全部个人数据（包括阅读记录、学习记录、AI 对话内容等）。若您仅通过短信或第三方登录且未设置密码，或需要协助，请发送邮件至 support@3eggs.cn 申请注销。


    儿童隐私


    我们的服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。


    政策更新


    我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在应用内通知您。
