Copyright Complaint and Takedown Policy

Yuewu provides document upload and learning tools. Content uploaded by users is

supplied by those users, and **the platform does not pre-screen all user-uploaded

content**. We respect intellectual property rights and require every user to

ensure they hold the necessary rights before uploading, publishing or sharing

any material.

1. How rights holders notify us

If you believe content on our platform infringes your rights, please send the

following to:

saipukeji@sypro.tech

Your notice must include:

1. Proof of ownership — registration certificate, publishing contract, or

other evidence that you hold the rights;

2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material — title, link, or

other information sufficient for us to locate it;

3. Your contact details — name or organisation, mailing address, phone

number, and email;

4. A statement of good faith and accuracy, signed by the rights holder or an

authorised agent (agents must attach proof of authorisation).

We may be unable to act on incomplete notices; we will reply explaining what is

missing.

2. Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice we will review it and take appropriate action

within 3 business days, which may include making the material inaccessible,

taking it down, or deleting it, and notifying the uploader.

In urgent or manifestly infringing cases we may take material down first and

review afterwards.

3. Counter-notice (appeal) by uploaders

If your material has been taken down and you believe this was a mistake, you may

appeal: in the app, go to My Documents → the document → Appeal and submit

your reasons.

Your appeal should explain why you are entitled to upload and distribute the

content. We will re-examine the case and restore the material if the appeal

succeeds.

4. Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material may have their upload or

publishing privileges restricted, up to termination of service.
